I'm not sure about Osorno but if you take a bus to Aguas Calientes from the Mercado Municipal you'll have the chance to enjoy the open air pool fed with hot thermal water. It's open all day long, till 7 pm and it costs $2. There is also an indoor pool with hot water, but it's more expensive ($6). I'm sure that no matter which you choose to try, you' ll like it.
