claire's question:
I have been skiing for more than 20 years, so tell me if they have any challenging slope at Portillo. I don't want to arrive there and be disappointed.(give a different answer) .
There's the Roca Jack trail with 45 degrees incline if you insist in breaking your neck. I can't imagine anyone could get bored in the Chilean Andes, at more than 9,000 feet above tree line. They benefit from deep-powder snow, great scenery and you can even catch a glimpse of Argentina's Aconcagua. Still dull? try ice skating on the Inca Lake nearby.
