Walks around Pucon

I don't understand what you mean by 'easy trip' but you can take a long walk along the beach to the mouth of the Rio Pucon. Peoples say there are nice views of the Quetrupillan, Lanin and Villarica volcanoes. If you want to cross the river, go east out of Pucon following the main road and then somewhere you'll see an unmade road which you should take to get to a bridge.
