Yes, there is the Camping Municipal, about 10 km west of town, at Chinquihue; you can take a bus to get there. The site functions only from October till April, but has a lot of facilities like tables, seats, barbecues, showers and toilets. And there is a small shop. There may be other camping places that I don't know of.
