Yes, the Scorpios Sea Cruises has motorvessels cruises going to the glacier from September to May, on 2 routes. One leaves Saturday from Puerto Montt and returns Friday and the other leaves from Puerto Chabuco and is made of 3 nights and 4 days and can include 1 more day at the Quitralco Fjord. The cabins have private private baths. I'm not sure about the prices.
