Yes, there are many tour operators that do tours of 1 day to the Perito Moreno glacier in Argentina. They charge about $40 but there's no food included and they don't pay for your park entry. The agency can leave you in Calafate if you want to continue going through Argentina. One agency that offers tours in all Patagonia is Viapatagonia (www.patagonia.com).
