Yes, you can check out the local agencies and see if they've got free beds on a cruise ship. If you can't find anything there is another possibility:to go with the Chilean Navy. You should find a captain and talk to him directly because the Navy itself is not too happy about passengers. It helps if you know Spanish. I can tell you that the 'Galvarino' sails constantly there, but I don't know the exact schedule. Also, be prepared to pay at least $80 a day, meals included. Good Luck!
