I think that the Hostellig Internacional Santiago has laundry facilities. It's a quite modern hostel on Cienfuegos, a short walk from Metro Los Heroes. If you'll stay there you should know that you cannot cook your own food as they don't have a kitchen. Better call and check: the phone number is 6718532.
