If you are in Santiago, you should not miss a visit at Los Adobes de Argomedo Restaurant. I have had here good Chilean dishes at prices around US$ 25 per person, including the wine, and there are good opportunities for dancing. It's a restaurant-nightclub with traditional folkloric dance and music, cueca and salsa. I recommend you to make a reservation (call 222 2104) if you want to join it.
