I have been at Servicio Nacional de Turismo, Senatur - the national tourist board. Its located at Av Providencia 1550, between metros Manuel Montt and Pedro de Valdivia, next to Providencia Municipal Library. They provide informations and good maps in English and Geramn language, a road map costs about 1.5 $.
