I used to go to the main post office of Santiago, because its more organized and more helpful than the rest. Its in Plaza de Armas and Moneda between Morande and Bandera, mostly open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, also working in Saturdays from 9 am to 12:30 pm.
