Actually, you can visit this museum for free, every day until 6pm, except Monday. To get there, you first have to take the ascensor to Cerro Cordillera from C Serrano and you get off at Plaza Sotomayor. When you get at the top, you should take C Merlet to the left and there you are; you should note all these, because it's pretty complicated.
